How to use Excel to PDF

  1. Upload an XLSX workbook.
  2. Convert its printable sheets.
  3. Download the PDF and check page breaks.

Good to know

  • Only XLSX is supported; legacy XLS files must be saved as XLSX first. Wide sheets may span multiple pages. Macros are not run. Fonts and formula rendering can differ from Excel.

Check the output before using it. Complex formatting, fonts, or embedded objects may differ from your original.

A few helpful answers.

How can I avoid cut-off columns?

Set print areas, page orientation and fit-to-page settings in your spreadsheet before uploading. The PDF conversion follows the workbook print layout.
