Using ConvertFlow

ConvertFlow provides online file conversion. Only upload files you own or are authorized to process. You retain your rights in your files and grant us permission to process them solely to deliver the requested service.

Fair and lawful use

Do not upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, bypass allowances, disrupt the service, or use the conversion infrastructure to execute malicious files. We may restrict requests or accounts to protect the service and its users.

Allowances and payments

Free usage includes 3 conversions per day and files up to 20 MB. Pro includes 1,000 conversions per month; Business includes 5,000. The launch upload limit for paid plans is 100 MB per file. Operational limits shown in the converter also apply.

Pro is $9.99 per month or $79 per year. Business is $29.99 per month or $249 per year. Credit packages are 20 for $3, 100 for $10, and 500 for $35. One credit covers one conversion, and purchased credits do not expire. Applicable taxes and the final amount are shown before payment.

Paid services are available only when billing is enabled. Subscriptions renew at the selected interval unless cancelled through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals. Statutory consumer rights, including any applicable withdrawal or refund rights, are not limited by these terms.

Outputs and availability

Conversion results depend on the source format and content. Complex layouts, fonts, or embedded objects may not be preserved. Review outputs before use. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and planned features are not included as a promise in a paid plan.

File expiry

Free files expire after 1 hour and paid files after 24 hours. Download and keep any output you need. ConvertFlow is not a permanent file backup service.

Accounts and responsibilities

Keep account credentials private and provide an email address you control. You are responsible for the files you submit and how you use generated outputs. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.
